 SreeReddy Properties was founded by Mr. G. Sirish Kumar Reddy, who combines his background in the field of Marketing, Accountancy with his entrepreneurial spirit towards Real Estate Sector. In his role as Proprietor, Mr.G.Sirish Kumar Reddy focused on the development of SreeReddy Properties. His academic research involves the application, adaptation, or development of mathematical tools within collaborative investigations of the Real Estate Industry.

He has completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Anna University, Chennai. He is the driving force behind the company’s activities. He was a leading practitioner by profession before entering into the field of Real Estate Sector. He has 21 years of rich experience in the field of major construction projects, Marketing and customer care prior to setting up of his dedicated team force.

His enthusiasm for new ideas and creations is contagious and he spreads cheer, goodwill and positive vibrations to all, around him. His first job opportunity brought him to Bangalore, which opened up a world of opportunities for him. After getting work experience for several years, he ventured into business as an entrepreneur.

 Architecture is the art and science of designing buildings and spaces that are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. My own architecture style focuses on creativity, sustainability, and comfort. I believe that buildings should not only look beautiful but also serve the needs of the people who use them.

In my architectural approach, I prefer designs that combine modern technology with natural elements. I like using large windows for natural light, open spaces for better ventilation, and eco-friendly materials to reduce environmental impact. Green roofs, solar panels, and rainwater harvesting systems are important features in my designs.

I also believe that architecture should reflect culture and community. A good building design should connect with its surroundings and respect local traditions while still being innovative. Comfort, accessibility, and functionality are key aspects that guide my design decisions.
